Pyrosequencing technology, instrument detects and quantifies sequence variants and epigenetic methylation real-time, using pyrosequencing technology with a high resolution level that can resolve down to a single base-pair; the device is highly suited for the analysis of CpG methylation, SNP's, insertion/deletions, STR's, and variable gene copy number, to the extent that 1-14 samples can be analyzed in as little as 15 minutes.
