Bright-Glo Luciferase Assay

Bright-Glo Reagent system provides at least 4-fold more light output than other extended half-life luciferase reagents and up to 10-fold more light output dependent upon cell line and media used; the signal half-life is approximately 30 minutes which suffices to read a 96 well plate with less than 5% signal decay, or to perform assays using continuous process automation.
